Teams can qualify directly or collect points for the overall ranking at the following tournaments.

• Czech Republic: Hluboka, September 12-14
• Germany (pending)
• Italy: Riccione, June 6-8
• Netherlands: 360 Women’s League (April, May)
• Spain: BarcelonaCup, March 21-23
• Spain: 360 Women’s League Catalunya

The following teams from the 2024 tournament in Regensburg are directly qualified, but must participate in a tournament or in a 360 league in 2025 in order to be able to register:

•  Lady Rams (USA), SuperCup Champion
•  Bulldogs (UK), Runner-Up SuperCup
•  UCE Travellers (Germany), 3rd SuperCup
•  Balls & Dolls (Europe), EuroCup Champion
•  Chaos (UK), Runner-Up EuroCup
•  Team X (Austria), 3rd EuroCup

For the above teams, the following 2024 tournaments can be counted as participated:
JaguarsCup (November 23-24) and Island Women’s Cup Tenerife (December 6-8)

The winner of the BarcelonaCup, the Riccione tournament and the ESSC SuperCup will qualify directly for the Global Games in Barcelona in March 2026.

There is no team registration for the 2025 season.
For 2026 a player fee is planned

All teams (including guest teams) must sign the insurance waiver and send it to 360@softballeurope.com. Only then may teams participate in 360 competitions. Download the 2025 Insurance Waiver.

The points distribution for a tournament ranking is as follows.

Barcelona and Riccione:
1st: 25  2nd: 18 3rd: 15  4th: 12  5th: 10  6th: 8  7th: 6  8th: 4  9th: 2  10th: 1

360 Leagues Catalunya/Netherlands (points for the final placings):
1st: 10  2nd: 5 3rd: 4  4th: 3  5th: 2  6th: 1

• The points for a team will only be counted if all fees have been paid in advance.
• The ranking for the qualification is based on the number of points achieved by the respective teams.
• If a team has already qualified, the team will not receive any points. The points go to the next team in line. Example: If a already qualified wins the tournament, the second-placed team that has not yet qualified receives the 25 points for first place.
• The points of a guest team go to the next team in line.

There are player statistics for the SuperCup teams in the following tournaments: BarcelonaCup, Riccione and Regensburg.
The statistics of the three tournaments reflect the players’ season statistics.

For all qualification tournaments and the ESSC EuroCup:

• Balls: USA Softball (ASA) 11” .52/300 (hit your own balls)
• Bats: ASA/USA Softball bats and Legal USSSA (240 standard) bats

360 Softball Europe has the possibility to award wild cards to promote certain regions or to develop the sport.

• All players must be registered online in the 360 system. For Privacy Policy (player data) see link
• If a player who is not registered online takes part in a tournament, the player will be considered an ineligible player. The player will be blocked until an activation fee of 20 euros is paid to 360 Softball Europe and all previous games played which included the player will be a forfeit.
• Only players living or staying in Europe and the Middle East are eligible for the EuroCup, provided that the players correspond to the classification/level.
• No Major players or Major Watch List players are allowed.
• If a player is released by their team organisation, the team may apply for Free Agent status. Upon approval, the player can transfer to another team. Send request to 360@softballeurope.com
• The players of a team that did not qualify for the EuroCup/PremierCup in Regensburg are Free Agents and can play for another team in Regensburg.

Qualification only means being able to register for the ESSC SuperCup/EuroCup. This is not a guaranteed spot for the tournament. Only with the full payment of the tournament fee, the team is registered.

Important: Any transaction costs or currency conversion costs resulting in the amount of the tournament fee not being paid in full will be charged (read Payment Policy).

The organizer of a qualifier tournament is a local host under the terms and conditions of 360 Softball Europe. The tournament fee is determined by the local host. 360 Softball Europe ensures that the quality complies with the guidelines and brand of the ESSC & 360 Softball Europe.

The tournament in Regensburg is organized directly by 360 Softball Europe.

Guest teams are allowed as long as there are still open spots in a tournament that are not claimed by registered teams. A guest team can only participate once in a qualifier. If the team participates more than once, the team must register as a qualifier team.

A guest team cannot qualify and receives no points. The points of the guest team go to the next-ranked qualifying team.

The Global Games will take place in March and the World Cup in June.

A player registration fee for Europe is planned for the 2026 season.
