About 360 Softball Europe
360 Softball Europe is a non-profit association based in Austria.
Its purpose is the promotion and sustainable development of Slowpitch Softball in Europe.
360 Softball Europe acts as a supporting, coordinating, and facilitating platform for teams, leagues, tournament organizers, federations, and the wider Slowpitch Softball community.
The association does not operate tournaments itself and does not act as a commercial retailer of sports equipment.

360 Membership – General Overview
The 360 Membership connects members to the European Slowpitch Softball community and provides access to selected association-related services and information.
Membership categories include:
- Teams
- Leagues
- Tournament and event organizers
- Federations, associations, and governing sports organizations (Institutional Members)
- Other softball-related organizations
Membership becomes valid only after submission of the official registration form and, where required, a signed waiver or membership agreement.
Team, league, and organizer memberships are granted on a seasonal basis and expire on 31 December of the respective year.

What does the team membership include?
- Access to selected partner offers
- Access to official 360 Softball Europe balls (subject to availability)
- Eligibility for participation in specific 360-related events
- Updates and information about tournaments and community initiatives
Important notes for teams
- There is no membership fee for the 2026 season.
- Membership does not constitute tournament registration.
- Membership does not guarantee participation in a tournament.
- Membership is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in certain events, including Regensburg (October).
- All services are provided voluntarily, subject to availability, and without legal entitlement.

Tournaments & Leagues & Event Organizers
360 Membership for Leagues & Event Organizers
Purpose
Membership for leagues and event organizers is intended to support coordination, communication, visibility, and the promotion of Slowpitch Softball at an organizational level.
This membership category does not constitute a team membership and does not grant playing, participation, sanctioning, or endorsement rights.
What does the organizer membership include?
- Access to 360 Softball Europe communication channels and information
- Coordination support and exchange of best practices
- Support in the promotion of leagues and events via 360 Softball Europe communication channels, including website and social media, provided that relevant information is submitted in advance
- Access to official 360 Softball Europe balls for league or event use, subject to availability and separate agreement
- Access to selected partner offers, where applicable
Important notes for organizers
- Promotion and communication support are provided on a voluntary basis, subject to editorial discretion and available resources.
- Organizer membership does not include automatic tournament approval, sanctioning, or endorsement.
- Organizer membership does not grant voting rights or special economic privileges, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- All services are provided in line with the association’s non-profit purpose, subject to availability, and without legal entitlement.

Federations, Associations & Governing Organizations
360 Membership for Federations, Associations & Governing Organizations
(Institutional Members)
Purpose
National and regional federations, sport associations, and other governing sports organizations (including international or continental associations) may become Institutional Members of 360 Softball Europe.
This membership category is intended to support cooperation, coordination, and cross-border development of Slowpitch Softball and does not create an operational, supervisory, or decision-making role within 360 Softball Europe.
What does institutional membership include?
- Structured exchange and coordination
- Inclusion in communication and visibility activities, where appropriate
- Support in the promotion of leagues, events, and initiatives via 360 communication channels, subject to editorial discretion
- Access to information, standards, and best practices
- Possibility to access official 360 Softball Europe balls for events or development activities, subject to availability and separate agreement
Important notes for federations
- Institutional members do not receive voting or governing rights.
- Membership does not constitute recognition, sanctioning, rule authority, or endorsement.
- All services are provided voluntarily and without legal entitlement, in line with the association’s non-profit purpose.

Further Areas of Support by 360 Softball Europe
In addition to membership-related services, 360 Softball Europe actively supports the development of Slowpitch Softball through non-commercial, community-focused initiatives.
These activities are carried out in cooperation with teams, organizers, leagues, federations, associations, and governing organizations, subject to available resources.
Key areas of support include:
- Umpire and official development
- Knowledge sharing and education
- Support for tournaments, leagues, and games
- Coordination and mediation
- Joint projects and initiatives
All such activities are voluntary, non-commercial, and do not constitute guaranteed services.
360 Softball Europe does not replace federations, associations, or organizers, but acts as a supporting and coordinating platform.
Official 360 Softball Europe Balls
Official 360 Softball Europe Balls
Purpose of Ball Distribution and Sale
The sale, provision, and distribution of official 360 Softball Europe balls serve exclusively the promotion and development of Slowpitch Softball.
Any sale of balls by 360 Softball Europe is carried out solely in furtherance of the association’s non-profit purpose and is not intended to generate profit or to operate as a commercial trading activity.
360 Softball Europe does not operate a retail business.
Any cost contribution requested from teams, organizers, or institutional members serves only to:
- cover parts of production, logistics, or administrative costs, and/or
- support development-related activities of the association.
Distribution of 360 Balls
To ensure fair access and regional availability, 360 Softball Europe balls may be distributed in two ways:
1. Distribution to 360 Member Teams
Registered member teams may request balls directly from the association, subject to availability.
Distribution:
- serves the association’s statutory purpose
- is limited to registered members
- does not create a legal entitlement
2. Distribution via Selected Partners
360 Softball Europe may cooperate with selected independent partners.
Partner distribution:
- is carried out in the partner’s own name and on their own responsibility
- does not constitute a commercial activity of the association
- is independent from 360 Softball Europe
360 Softball Europe does not set resale prices and does not influence partner sales conditions.
Equipment & Safety Notice
The use of softball equipment, including bats and balls, is undertaken at the participant’s own risk and subject to the applicable rules of the respective competition or event.
