Payment Policy
The tournament fee is non-refundable. If a registered team does not participate in the tournament, a refund will only be granted if another team takes its place and pays the tournament fee in full.
In such a case, the refund amount will be:
- 90% of the tournament fee if the replacement team is confirmed more than two months before the start of the tournament;
- 80% of the tournament fee if the replacement team is confirmed within two months before the start of the tournament.
Any transaction or currency conversion fees resulting in the tournament fee not being paid in full will be charged to the team. A team is considered officially registered only once the tournament fee has been paid in full. Until full payment is received, all matches will be recorded as forfeits with a score of 0–10.
