Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the playing field.

Complaints
Any complaints or concerns must be addressed directly to the Tournament Director.
Only the officially registered Team Manager or Coach may submit a complaint on behalf of the team.

Game Balls
Six game balls are included in the tournament registration fee.
Only the official 360/ESSC ball allowed.
Additional 360 balls may be purchased directly from the host organization.

Spirit of the Tournament
This tournament is about having fun, enjoying the game, competing with respect, and giving veteran players the opportunity to take home the victory.

Maria, Exzar, and their family will be happy to assist with anything you may need during the tournament.

Please note: The organizer does not cover any transaction costs. These must be paid before the team’s first game in the tournament. Until then, the registered team is not eligible to participate. Please also note the payment policy (see below)

The tournament fee is non-refundable. If a registered team does not take part in the tournament, the tournament fee will only be refunded if another team takes its place in the tournament. The amount of the refund is 80% of the tournament fee for 2 months before the start of the tournament and 90% before that if another team takes the place and pays the tournament fee.

Any transaction costs or currency conversion costs resulting in the amount of the tournament fee not being paid in full will be charged. The team can only officially participate in the tournament once the tournament fee has been paid in full. Until then, each game will be a forfeit of 0-10.
